MAS National, in partnership with West North West Working, is bringing a free, supportive job-ready program to the West Coast in early 2026. Designed for people who have completed Year 10 and above, as well as any community members wanting to gain confidence, skills, and practical tools for work or life.

Program Options
Mas Maximise (3 days/15 hours)
Develop psychological readiness for work through motivation, goal setting, resilience, communication skills, and self-care.

Communication & Conflict Resolution (1 day/ 4-5 hours)
Learn effective communication, assertiveness, emotional regulation, and practical conflict-resolution strategies.

Managing Stress at Work (1 day/ 4-5 hours)
Gain tools to recognise stress triggers, build resilience, and implement personalised coping strategies

People who have completed Year 10 and above
Community members of any age wanting to develop skills for work, study, or personal growth
